We offer the Manufacturers warranty on Parts, and guarantee our labour.

Regular servicing, checking of oil, water and tyre pressure once a month. Topping up your own oil and water can help you get to your next service checkpoint, but during our service we will also swap out your oil filter to make sure the oil lasts longer too!

If we find any hidden issues requiring repair, we will always gain your approval before we action. When we call to advise you, we will clearly state the pros and cons of actioning the repair now or whether we think it isn't safety related and can wait.

We will advise you, but you're in control!

Yes, we can for the period that we service it! We refer to the vehicles log book (filled out every time we service your car) and our previous invoices with you!

Yes, we do plenty of pre-purchase inspections. It's a wise activity to undertake when investing in your next vehicle and we take it as seriously as you do!

As a golden rule, the cars that last the longest and run the healthiest, get a service every 7,000km-10,000km (depending on the car) or every 6 months, whichever comes first. Topping up fluids isn't a service, its a maintenance activity, we also change the filters during our services to ensure the quality of fluid remains a gold standard!

Firstly, there's nothing silly about seeking to understand and gain more knowledge! Secondly, the only silly questions are the ones not asked! We take pride in educating our customers, such as showing worn brake pads next to fresh new pads and identifying what to feel and look for while driving to make sure your brakes have a safe amount of padding to go!  Bring your questions to us, we will go through it together!

We offer eftpos, direct bank transfer and cash payments.  Payment plans can be discussed on each occasion, but the invoice due must be fully paid before the car will be returned to the owner.
